A matte nail polish has a completely opaque finish. It's the perfect opposite of the crème finish we have shown you here: a plain colour with no shimmer at all, but not glossy, not shiny, not sparkles at all.

Uno smalto opaco o matte che dir si voglia, non ha alcuna brillantezza. È l'esatto opposto della lacca che vi abbiamo mostrato qui: un colore pieno, non lucido, non brillante, non splendente.

BEUP is an italian brand from Mestre (Venice). Until July 2013, there was a store near my house, so I bought four nail polishes, two matte and the crème. BEUP Matte Wear #103 is a (matte) dark green very close to OPI Here Today Aragon Tomorrow Matte.
I used two coats and one coat of Nfu Oh Aqua Base between them, because it's a little bit streaky (the nail polish, of course!). It stains (it's a green green world, baby), so I recommend you to put some vaselline OR some drops of cuticle oil around your cuticles before using the nail polish remover.
If despite this, you'll have some green halo around your nails, feel free to use an old toothbrush and some toothpaste. It works!

BEUP è un'azienda di Marcon (VE) che fino al Luglio 2013 aveva un suo monomarca vicino casa mia (adesso il sito mi segnala un negozio a Roma, oltre a quello presso cui mi rifornivo...). Ho acquistato quattro smalti, due lacche e due matte, ed oggi vi mostro questo bel verde scuro, mooolto vicino a OPI Here Today, Aragon Tomorrow: BEUP Matte Wear #103. Qui vedete due passate, ed una mano di Nfu Oh Aqua Base tra di esse, perché il ragazzo tende a scorrere poco. Siccome macchia, ricordatevi di usare della vasellina o dell'olio per cuticole prima della rimozione. E se proprio non dovesse bastare, armatevi di spazzolino da denti (vecchio, s'intende) e dentifricio. Funziona!!

Io li trovo molto eleganti, e sono perfetti, a mio avviso, per l'autunno. Come un dolcevita in cachemire, avete presente?
