One of the delightful things of autumn are the picnics under rusty trees. It's so nice and peaceful to spend a Saturday morning reading your favourite book en plein air and eating something good (a club sandwich or such).
As you could easily guess, the pattern or today is the tartan blanket

Che c'è di più piacevole e rilassante di un picnic autunnale? La quiete del parco o di un boco, il tuo libro preferito tra le mani e tanti buonissimi tramezzini nella borsa accanto a te.
Come avrai intuito, il tema di oggi sono i plaid, le immancabili coperte da stendere sull'erba per schiacciare un pisolino in santa pace sotto le fronde dorate degli alberi.

J'aime les pic niques en Autumne, sous les frondes jaune-or des arbres. On peut lire, on peut piquer un roupillon, et on peut manger des club sandwiches en plein air sur la couverture au motif écossaise.
Oui, le motif de notre rendez-vous d'aujourd'hui est le motif écossais ! 

Tartan blankets are beige or red. Mine, today, is white and blue and teal, the three colors I love the most.
I've made a double accent manicure, because tartan pattern is a little bit rich to wear on tis own.

Di solito, i plaid sono beige o rossi, ma stavolta ho messo assieme i miei tre colori preferiti (bianco, blu e teal) ed ho creato questo double accent. Il tartan è carino, ma su tutte le unghie diventa un po' troppo massiccio, per i miei gusti.

J'ai conjugué ma couverture dans mes trois couleurs préférées, le blanc, le bleu et le bleu sarcelle.
J'ai choisi de créer un double accent par-ce que le motif écossais est un peu trop élaboré pour toute la main !

I layered Picture Polish Time Warp on thumb, index and pinkie. On middle and ring I've put two coats of Essie Blanc.
Then, with some pieces of painter tape, I've created a cross pattern and I've sponged Picture Polish Freya's Cats with a makeup sponge. I removed the tape, I added some lines with Time Warp, Blanc and Picture Polish Marine, and I've sealed my nail art with Deborah Mat Effect Top Coat.

Ho steso tre mani di Picture Polish Time Warp su indice, pollice e mignolo, e due mani di Essie Blanc su medio ed anulare.
Ho ritagliato qualche striscia di nastro adesivo da pittore ed ho creato un motivo a croce. Ho tamponato una spugnatta da makeup con qualche passata di Picture Polish Freya's Cats, ho rimosso le guide ed ho aggiunto con un pennellino da nail art alcune righe usando Time Warp, Blanc e Picture Polish Marine.
Ho steso una mano di top coat matte e qui di seguito trovi il riassunto, nel caso ti fossi persa qualcosa:

J'ai utilisé trois couches de Picture Polish Time Warp sur le pouce, l'index et le petit, et deux couches de Essie Blanc sur le majeur et l'annulaire. J'ai coupé des morceaux de scotch pour peintres et j'ai crée un motif croisé. J'ai tapoté une éponge makeup  avec des couches de Picture Polish Freya's Cats, j'ai retiré le scotch et j'ai ajouté les lignes avec un pinceau nail art et Time Warp, Blanc et Picture Polish Marine.
J'ai utilisé une couche de mon top coat mat préféré, Debora Mat Effect.
