Happy Saturday, mates!

Today is mid-August holiday and this is the first scheduled post I've managed before taking a stand by period from blogging. Don't worry about it, I'll be AFK just for ten days. As I said earlier, you could find some nice posts here on Chez Francine. I don't leave you alone, I just want have some fun doing something else with my hubby and family.
Today I want to share with you something amazing. I've bought a pink nail polish I'm not a pink lady, but I like this baby pink (very 80's!). And it's an essence LE. It's pretty uncommon find the essence stand clean and full of products («I've seen things you people wouldn't believe»). And it's pretty uncommon discover that for once in her life essence calls a finish right!

Questo è il primo post programmato che vi terrà compagnia mentre mi godrò le meritate vacanze assieme a mio marito e alla famiglia. Tranquille, si tratta solo di una decina di giorni, ma non vi lascerò sole. So che sembra una minaccia. Forse lo è.
Ad ogni modo, oggi voglio condividere con voi un piccolo miracolo, anzi tre.
Primo, ho comprato uno smalto rosa confetto. Non sono un'amante del genere, ma questa tinta fa troppo anni '80 per non accalappiarmi.
Secondo, ho trovato lo stand della essence bello intonso, appena spacchettato e pieno di prodotti intatti.
Terzo, per una volta nella vita hanno azzeccato il finish giusto!!

As I shown you in my facebook page, in the past few days I stumbled upon this tutorial of Beaching Nails, and it was love at the very first sight! I badly wanted replicate this gorgeous idea, so I took off any nail polish, I picked my markers up and I let the magic started!

Se vi è capitato di fare un salto sulla mia pagina facebook, vi sarete accorte di come io mi sia innamorata di questa tecnica. Sono incappata in questo tutorial della bravissima Beaching Nails e non ho sapute resistere alla tentazione di provare anch'io a giocare con i colori!

Hi mates! I'm back with a lovely nail polish I simply adore. I'm talking about Flormar Matte 01 White Board, a matte nail polish I received last summer throught my NPA friend Piola, from Piola's nail Lounge.
You should know my favourite colour is white. I heared many people says it's blue or green. I would explaine that I like those shades too, but I think white is the perfect tint ever. And a matte white polish is the best tool you could choose for your nail art.

Ciao a tutti! Eccomi di ritorno con uno smalto che dire che adoro è riduttivo. Flormar Matte 01 White Board è uno smalto opaco color bianco gesso che la mia amichetta Piola di Piola's Nail Lounge mi ha fatto avere la scorsa estate.
Molti di voi sapranno che il mio colopre preferito è il bianco (sì, mi piacciono anche il blu ed il verde, ma il bianco è un'altra faccenda) e quindi sarò di parte in questa recensione, ma lasciatemi dire che uno smalto bianco gesso e per di più matte è l'asso nella manica quando si parla di nail art.

Siccome ho un mal di testa d'antologia, portatevi la sciarpa di lana, ché ce ne andiamo a sbirciare la Costellazione dell'Ariete, il segno più testardo dello Zodiaco. Discutere con un Ariete è tempo perso. Parlerete per ore, e ore e ore per poi ritrovarvi al punto di partenza...

Aries people are often optimistic person (if you do what tehy say, of course), assertive kind and they have a pretty clear idea about what to do or not to do. It's strange meet an hesitant Aries (they are Fire Cardinal, after all). They are precious friends, if you're a patient people (I'm not). They are amazing promoters (of someone else life), but, sometimes, they can't slow down and change their path, and they end with a CRASH!! But, don't worry about them: their horns will protect them, 'cause are Aries, after all.

Gli Arieti sono di solito ottimisti (fin quando fate quel che dicono loro, ça va sans dire), propositivi ed hanno ben chiaro in mente cosa vogliono dalla vita. È raro trovare un Ariete indeciso (sono un Segno Cardinale di Fuoco, alla fine). Sono amici preziosi, se siete tipi pazienti (non come me, insomma). Ottimi organizzatori (dell'altrui esistenza), a volte non riescono a virare prima che sia troppo tardi, prendendo cantonate memorabili. Ma niente paura: a qualcosa serviranno pure quelle corna, no?

Aries are the naugthiest of the Zodiac, so I managed to recreate an half moon manicure using a nude base (Oh-là-là!) and some lace pattern water decals I found in a convenience store near my house.

I started with two coats of deBBY gel play #36 (a nude crème), one the new debby's palette  for the spring/summer 2015. I used two coats. It's glossy and the brush is HUGE. It's not easy to manage, but I think I need some practice.

Then I applied Melissa D195, a lace pattern water decals set. I thought they was too hard to use ('cause I'm clumsy!), but they are not. I fixed mymanicure with a single coat of Deborah Mat Effect Top Coat, but it made some mess. Never mind. This pattern reminds me something like a creased petticoat waiting on the floor while you do you know what...

Uhm. Maybe Aries borns are not the only naughtiest here...

Gli Arieti sono i fissati del sesso (negatelo!), così ho pensato di riprodurre un half moon manicure su base nude (oh-là-là!) a dei water decals con disegno simil pizzo che ho trovato in un negozio vicino casa.

Ho steso due mani di deBBY gel play #36 (lacca nude), uno dei nuovi colori per l'estate 2015. È lucido come promesso sulla boccetta, ed anche il pennello è MAXI come promesso. Forse troppo, ma ninete che un po' di pratica non possa sistemare.

Temevo che i wd Melissa (disegno D195) potessero essere difficili da stendere (sono maldestra...), ma alla fine ce l'ho fatta. Ho sigillato la manicure con un velo di Deborah Mat Effect Top Coat, ma s'è sciolto un po' il disegno. Fa niente. Non ricorda anche a voi il pizzo stropicciato di una sottoveste sul pavimento, mentre accade voi sapete cosa?

Uhm. Forse non sono solo gli Arieti a fare certi pensieri...

A me piace, specie coi toni del rosa cipria. Non sarà perfetta come il bianco e il nero, ma è una combinazione che mi piace molto.

Today I'm coming back to Pattern Wednesday! I'm so happy to meet again my polish mates for a lovely nail art challenge!
Because it's April's Fool, lovely Rebenice asked us if we would to recreate a fishy pattern. Look at them. How cute they are?

Oggi torno a pastrocchiare con le mie amiche del Pattern Wednesday! Poiché è il primo di Aprile, la cara Rebenice ci ha chiesto se volessimo giocherellare con un tema... pescioso, ed ecco qui alcuni pesci rossi tra le onde. Guardateli, non sono semplicemente adorabili?

I used Deborah Gel Effect 39 Marshmellow Blue as a base coat (I've shown it yesterday). Then I pick my dotting tool and Astra Gel Expert#22 Universe Blue and I've drawn some (kind of) waves. Using Astra Gel Expert #16 Boudoir, I make these little goldfishes. I added a coat of Deborah Mat Effect Top Coat and I've done. 

Ho usato Deborah Gel Effect 39 Marshmellow Blue come base (quello che vi ho mostrato ieri). Quindi, con un dotting tool e Astra Gel Expert#22 Universe Blue ho disegnato delle (specie di) onde, mentre con Astra Gel Expert #16 Boudoir, ho realizzato i pesciolini. Un velo di Mat Effect Top Coat, sempre di Deborah, ed il gioco è fatto.

Have you ever had a goldfish?

Mine was named Arthur (yes like King Arthur) and his bowl was placed in our bathroom, over the washing machine and he jumped, and jumped and jumped like Free Willie...
Do not place your goldfish bowl over a waching machine. Please.

Goldfish's sad story aside, I was very happy to join my mates again. It's very nice and joyful dealing with pattern. I hope I could join much more in the future days. I hope so!

Avete mai avuto un pesce rosso?

Il mio si chiamava Arturo (sì, come Re Artù) e la sua boccia era sulla lavatrice, nel bagno. E ad ogni centrifuga lui saltava, saltava, saltava fuori come Free Willie ante litteram. Ecco. Non fatelo mai. Per favore, non piazzate i pesci rossi sulla lavatrice.

A parte questa triste storia, mi sono divertita a giocherellare con le mie amichette. Spero di riuscire a partecipare più spesso in futuro, impegni permettendo!
